Every video file downloaded from the Fanfare™ Web Service has its own unique encryption key to play. If you copy a .smbv file from another Sansa® TakeTV™ device, you need to insert that device into the USB port of a computer that has internet access. This allows Fanfare™ to place the correct key on the player.
