Retrieve a Forgotten Username

To retrieve your account username, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Fanfare™ Application
2. Click on Login
3. Click Forgotten Username from the Login page
4. Enter your registered email address in the Email Address field
5. Enter the registered Zip Code in the Zip Code field
6. Click Submit
7. The Account name will be sent to the registered email address
