Retrieve a Forgotten Password

To retrieve your account password, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Fanfare™ Application
2. Click on Login
3. Click Forgotten Password
4. Enter your User Name in the User Name field
5. Enter your registered email address in the Email Address field
6. Click Submit
7. The password will be reset and sent to the register email address
